We work in parallel in two scientific publishing centers, one of which is located in Penza (Russia), and the other is in Prague (Czech Republic), so the book can be published at the request of the author either in Penza or in Prague.

Printing a circulation in a printing house
The circulation is printed in a printing house on high-quality digital equipment.
ISBN assignment
The assignment of an ISBN is mandatory for a book to be considered officially published. Otherwise, the book will be unofficial, it will not be possible to include it in a science report, it will be useless when defending a dissertation or when competing for a literary award.
Required credit
Several copies of the officially published book should be sent to the leading libraries in the country. If the book is published in the Czech Republic, then these are 5 copies, if in Russia, then 16 copies. Thus, readers will learn about your book, in addition, it confirms your authorship in case of controversial issues related to plagiarism.
Sending books to the author.
The author can independently pick up books from the publishing house in Penza, if this is not possible, then the circulation is sent to the author by post or with the help of a transport company.

We impose uniform technical requirements on the manuscript in order to measure the amount of proofreading and layout work.
